Creation Station Blog Hop - Saleabration

Hello and welcome, Can you believe it we are already into February and today is extra special as it's my birthday today! I had a lovely time out with my family for high tea and a 5k walk around the Sherbrooke Forest, it's a beautiful part of the Dandenongs in Victoria, Australia.

Welcome to the latest hope with the design team at Creation Station, if you have come from Denita Wright-Smee who is also from Australia or you may of started with me. Please make sure you hope around and see everyone's amazing projects. I'll pop a link at the end of my blog....

The design team at Creation Station are presenting their projects with the theme "Saleabration" which is now in it's second month for February 2022 with lots of FREE goodies when you purchase Stampin' Up! products from either the Mini January to June 2022 Catalogue and the Annual 2021 to 2022 Catalogue. Once you've spent $90 AUD (before tax and shipping) on products you get to choose a FREE product from the Saleabration Catalogue. There are a range of  Saleabration items for either $90 AUD and $180 AUD.

Sunshine and Rainbows Designer Series Paper

Driving By Stamp Set

Catching Butterflies Stamp Set

I've used three Saleabration items for today's projects they are #158108 Catching Butterflies Stamp Set, #158099 Driving By Stamp Set and #158126 Sunshine and Rainbows 6" x 6"  Designer Series Paper.

I've created a fun fold card and two gift tags showcasing these amazing free items!  The fun fold can open and close and fits inside a normal size envelope. You only use a half sheet of A4 Cardstock and I've made a few of these types of cards over the year. The dimensions for cutting and scoring are listed below.

Measurements:

Thick Basic White Card Base - Cut at 21cm x 14.9cm

                                                      Score and fold at 5.5cm, 8.5cm, 12.5 and 15.5cm

Sunshine and Rainbows DSP - Cut two at 14.4cm x 5cm each

                                                     Cut middle piece at 14.4cm x 3.5cm

The Sunshine and Rainbows DSP has a range of bright and subtle colours from Stampin' Up! I was going to go with the bright colours from the paper, but I decided to use the soft colours instead for the three background panels.

I love the combination of colours together they make me feel happy! I've stamped the girl with the butterfly net and butterflies in Black Versamark Ink onto Basic White Cardstock. Then coloured them in with the Stampin' Blends and fussy cut out. I like how she's standing on the cloud it gives you the impression she floating up high with the rainbows and clouds.

The combination of colours I've used through out the card and gift tags are Soft Sea Foam, Pool Party, Flirty Flamingo, Blushing Bride, Petal Pink and Bermuda Bay.

I've stamped the balloons and presents from the Driving By Stamp Set and fussy cut them out.

The Brilliant Rainbow Dies are perfect to go with the Saleabration stamp sets and DSP they make a lovely addition to your crafty stash! My Favourite from the Jan to June Mini Catalogue for sure.

For the two gift tags I've used the Tailor Made Gift Tags Dies and die-cut out using the Sunshine and Rainbows DSP and Basic White Cardstock. The additional pieces I've added are from the Brilliant Rainbow Dies and Cloud Punch.

Now it's time to visit the very creative Jeanna Kay from the USA to see her projects and visit her blog. I'm looking forward to reading all about her creations. Just click on the next link below.
