Hello and welcome,
It's been a busy week for me as our family business YV Hampers supporting small local businesses we have been delivering hampers all over Melbourne due to Lockdown 4.0. It's our second week in lockdown and everyone has been requesting hampers to be delivered, plus I just love to make cards and gift tags to go with the gift hampers.
Today's card is a thank you card and I thought I would base it on the Global Design Project latest Sketch Challenge #GDP294. I love a sketch challenge as it makes it so much easier to create a card.
I've used the Artistically Inked Stamp Set which is part of the Expressions In Ink Suite, I just can't get enough of this Suite! I love the large artistic stamp image it creates a card in no time. Using Fresh Freesia and Highland Heather Ink I've stamped the image onto the Basic White panel a number of times.
Also stamping the same image onto the two strips of Basic White Cardstock in Highland Heather Ink. I've used the Blending Brush and applied Fresh Freesia Ink onto the artistic strips. Layering the strips with Dimensionals and then placing them onto the panel. I've used the Stampin' Blends in the same colours for a added splattered effect.
The sentiment is from Sweet Ice Cream Stamp Set stamped in Versamark Ink onto Basic Black Cardstock, adding White Stampin' Emboss Powder and heat set with the Heat Tool.
Adding Black Baker's Twine to finish off the panel and then adhered to Fresh Freesia Cardstock for the card base.
Thank you for visiting my blog today, I would so love hear your thoughts on my project by leaving a comment below.
